Ginger, Sophie and Romeo were all dearly loved by their owner Jacki, who came down with terminal Cancer. She kept them until she died and her last wish was for them to come to DRoH to have a safe place to live out their lives.

Sophie, Ginger and Romeo are three beautiful, affectionate red dachshunds who are most definitely a tightly-knit pack. They are crate trained, walk well on leash, know basic commands and are friendly to other dogs and people.
Sophie is the most sensitive of the bunch. If she's uncertain or scared she'll tremble until her person picks her up and gives her love, but before long she is right as rain again. She is the most inquisitive of the bunch, the first one you'll find exploring the house with the others close behind.
These three will be your instant family - they adapt quickly to new situations and are loving, entertaining and a joy to be around.
