Nikki had become a prisoner of her own body, both physically and mentally. Her age had taken away the joy of life for her and her vet felt that the best and kindest gift DROH could give to her was to allow her to cross the Rainbow Bridge. With the sorrow and love of her foster Mom by her side, Nikki joined her dachshund friends who awaited her there.
