Toby is an adorable mini red male with pretty brown overlay. He's super sweet and sensitive and loves chewing hooves and playing with other dogs. He's a snuggler with his humans too!
Toby has a ongoing skin problem that four different vets have tried to diagnose and clear to no avail. His foster mom has agreed to keep him forever.
